• uPVC / Plastic: Low maintenance, rot-proof, most common option
• Aluminium: Lightweight, long-lasting with colour-coated finishes
• Timber: Traditional option, treated for weather resistance
• Composite / PVC-Foam Core: Stronger, thicker board systems

Widths (vertical depth): 150 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm, up to 650 mm+ (depending on roof design)
Lengths: Standard 3 m or 5 m lengths
Thickness: Typically 16–20 mm for uPVC boards; thicker profiles for composite/aluminium

Installation

Boards are fixed to rafter ends or fixing rails using corrosion-resistant screws.
Best paired with soffit boards to enclose the roof void and improve ventilation.
